The covered patio area has a well placed dining table with seating for 8, adjoined by a more casual seating area for drinks and socializing, or reading and bird watching. The patio extends towards the same level decking, which frames the large heated swimming pool and offers time for sun bathing in the sun loungers provided.
A stone's throw away is a viewing deck down by the seasonal Zandspruit River, bosting glorious sunsets and mountain views.
A chic cottage is also found on the property and is included in the advertised rental price.
The cottage offers a spacious en-suite bedroom on ground level, a guest bathroom in the hall and a loft which is set up as a TV lounge but could also serve as a bedroom (made up with a sleeper couch).
The house is available for break away periods or work stays stretching over 1-3 months, as well as for short term stays with a minimum of 7 nights required as per estate rules.
Weekly house cleans are compulsory and will be billed to the tenants account.
A garden sweep an pool maintenance are included in the monthly rate.
Utilities, lease preparation, tenant registration admin fee, incoming and outgoing inspections are excluded from the advertised price.
