The other 2 bedrooms have built in cupboards as well as built in desks. All rooms have ceiling fans. There is a second bathroom between the 2 guest bedrooms which is split into a guest toilet and a separate bathroom with a basin and shower.
The kitchen is well equipped and there is a large scullery which connects to the backyard and the double carport.
The property has a power backup system.
The rent is inclusive of Wifi. Utilities such as gas, water and electricity will be to the tenants account.
A weekly clean of the property is compulsory and will be to the tenants account.
