The home has a large living room with TV lounge and dining set and well equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, a washing machine and dishwasher as well as cutlery and crockery and a Nespresso machine.
There are 4 identical bedrooms in the 2 outside annexes which each have 2 bathrooms between them.
The covered patio section overlooks a plunge pool set in a beautiful garden and offers seating for outside dining.
Included in the rent is free fibre line at 50mB uncapped and bi-weekly house and garden cleans and pool upkeep.
Excluded from the rent is electricity consumption on prepaid meter.
Two bicycles are kept at the property and can be hired at a fee.
Strictly no pets.
