The unit has 3 bedrooms of which one is en-suite and the other 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom with a bath/ shower. The development is safe and secure and the unit has a private patio, with built-in braai and a lovely garden. There is a washing machine and large drying yard out at the back, accessible from the scullery or through the double carport area. The development has a large communal pool and tenants are welcome to use it. The unit is situated in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate and walking and cycling is a frequent past time.
The advertised rate is for the un-serviced unit and rentals of 1 -3 months at a time will be considered if no overnight bookings are in place.
